What counts as an “employee”?
Active full-time and part-time staff in your directory. Contractors, applicants and former employees are free. If you have 42 active people, you pay for 42 — no per-seat add-ons for admins or managers.
What happens if my team grows mid-year?
Tell us and we change your seats. Billing is by invoice today, so the difference shows on your next one — no mid-year price change.
Do you have a non-profit or startup discount?
Yes — 30% off for registered non-profits (12A/80G) and seed-stage startups under ₹40 crore ARR. Email support@growthppl.com with your registration details and we'll apply it to your workspace.
What if I’m coming from another HR tool?
Your employee roster comes in by CSV, and we will help you map an export from the tool you use now. Guided field-by-field migration from other HR systems is not in this edition yet.
How does AI credit pricing work?
One credit = one AI action (resume screen, JD draft, interview-question gen). Pro gives you 5,000/mo — enough for ~95% of teams. Top up at ₹800 per 1,000.
Can I leave, and take my data?
Yes. Ask for a full export at any time, and closing a workspace keeps the data for a retention window before it is deleted.
