What's in the launch edition
Everything below is what the product does today, in plain words. Where a screen inside the product says “not in the launch edition”, it is reading this same list. Nothing here is a promise about dates.

Hiring
Job requisitions, a public careers page and apply form with per-job questions, a stage pipeline, candidate records, notes, outreach and scorecards.
Per-tenant rubric scoring with the CV passages each score leaned on; the recruiter can override in one click.
Interview booking as a stage move, interview kits, feedback.
Offer letters emailed with a single-use signing link; the candidate reads the terms on a page of ours and signs by typing their name — the name, time and network address are recorded. No third-party e-sign provider. Hire hand-off to onboarding.
Recruiter logins, per-job submissions with a profile link, the hiring team reviews before the pipeline.
Stage-triggered notes, notifications and email.
Not in this edition: Multi-step workflows and external triggers.
People Ops
Directory, profiles, org chart, transfers and promotions, onboarding checklists, offboarding with per-leaver tasks, former employees.
Leave policy and balances, requests and approvals, holidays, attendance and regularisation.
Pay runs computed from the register and attendance, payslips, exceptions.
Not in this edition: A connected payroll provider; runs are exported, not filed.
Claims with receipts, approvals, asset assignment and returns.
Confidential cases, assignment, replies, resolution and reopening.
The intake form is a preview.

People Ops or the owner posts from Settings › Workspace — to everyone, or to a company, site, department or employment type; those people see it in their bell and under Notices (emailed if chosen), and a post can ask each of them to acknowledge it — with a report of who has.
