From your records, ID numbers, bank details and salaries are never sent to the AI provider, nor the cells of a sheet you attach. ID numbers you type are removed before sending.
It can't run payroll or send an offer. It can draft an offer for you to send, and open the payroll screen for you.
Ask a question about your workspace and the answer comes with numbered sources you can open. It reads with your permissions, and no pay amount reaches the model.
Runs on Anthropic models on our key, or on Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI models on your own key. With your own key, data goes to that provider under your agreement with them.
One credit is one AI action, such as a CV screen, a JD draft or a copilot answer. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; work on your own key uses none.
Each step is previewed against your current records, and a riskier plan asks you to type a confirmation. A plan you don't confirm expires after 24 hours.
