Integrations

Connects to what you already use. Honestly listed.

Each tile says what kind of connection it is, so a file export never passes for a live one.

We set up every workspace with you, a few at a time, so your first payroll run is right. No card needed.

API keys for the REST API: each named, scoped and showing when it was last used.

What GrowthPPL connects to.

Grouped by kind. The label on each tile says what it is.

Developers

  • APIPartial

    REST API (v1)

Read jobs, candidates and employees, and add a candidate, with scoped API keys. Cursor pagination and an updated-since filter.

Employees are read-only through the API. 240 requests a minute per key.

  • Webhook

    Webhooks

Candidate applied, stage changed, hired or rejected, interview scheduled and employee created, each signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried with backoff.

  • ProvisioningPartial

    SCIM 2.0

Your identity provider creates, updates and deactivates GrowthPPL logins.

    Users only; groups aren't synced.

  • API

    Punches API

Attendance devices, or a bridge beside them, post punches with an API key; a repeated punch is ignored.

Communication

  • Posts

    Slack and Microsoft Teams

New applicants, stage moves, hires, booked interviews and new joiners, posted to a channel through an incoming webhook.

Posts carry a name, role and time; never an email, phone number or pay, and never a rejection.

  • Messaging

    WhatsApp

Messages sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

  • MessagingPartial

    SMS

Sign-in codes, and an "open the app" nudge when a WhatsApp message to an Indian number fails, through MSG91.

SMS never carries the message itself.

Calendars

  • Calendar

    Google and Microsoft calendars

Interviews go on the organiser's calendar with a Meet or Teams link, after a free/busy check.

Each organiser connects their own calendar; without one, the candidate gets a calendar file.

Accounting

  • File export

    Tally

The payroll journal as Tally XML vouchers, for Tally Prime or ERP 9.

A file you import, not a live sync. The ledgers must already exist in Tally.

  • File export

    Zoho Books

The payroll journal as a Zoho Books manual-journal CSV.

A file you import, not a live sync.

  • File export

    Bank advice

Salary payment files in HDFC, ICICI, SBI and Axis layouts, plus a generic one.

Check each file against your bank's current template before you upload it.

Job boards

  • Feed

    Indeed and LinkedIn

Your live, public roles as XML feeds in each board's format.

A feed the board reads, not a posting integration. Your newest 500 roles.

  • Feed

    Generic XML feed

One documented XML format for boards that map a feed on their side.

Sign-in

  • Sign-in

    Google and Microsoft sign-in

OIDC, matched to a login you have invited; signing in never creates an account. Two-factor codes still apply.
