Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of GrowthPPL. They are a starting template — read them alongside any order form or agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence.
1. The service
GrowthPPL provides a multi-tenant hiring and people-operations platform. Each customer gets an isolated workspace; we do not mix one customer's data with another's.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you sign up on behalf of.
You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or load-test the service without permission, or use it to discriminate unlawfully in hiring.
3. Customer data & candidate data
You retain ownership of the data you put into GrowthPPL, including candidate and employee records. For that data we act as your processor — see the Privacy Policy and DPA.
We delete user data via soft-delete first (recoverable for a window) and purge on request or on account closure.
4. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA unless one is stated in your order form. We may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice for material changes.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated suggestions (candidate scores, summaries, drafts) are decision support only — a human must make hiring decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement.
6. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. On closure we stop processing and delete your data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
