Why we're building GrowthPPL.
Hiring, HR records, attendance and payroll usually live in different places, and someone re-keys the same person into each. We're building one record instead.
The problem
A candidate is typed into a hiring tool, typed again into an HR system when they join, and typed a third time into payroll. Each copy drifts, and the mistakes surface on payday.
What we believe
- One record. A candidate becomes an employee and then a payslip, with nothing re-keyed.
- The law as versioned rules. Each statutory rule names its source and the day it was checked, and every pay run records the version it used. See the India coverage table.
- Honest limits. We list what the product does not do yet, on what's included today and the security page.
How we work
- We set up every workspace with you, in small batches, so your first payroll run is right.
- Billed by invoice; pay by bank transfer.
