Hiring

From job post to signed offer.

Post once, screen against a rubric you set, schedule, and send an offer for signature, all on the record that becomes the employee.

We set up every workspace with you, a few at a time, so your first payroll run is right. No card needed.

What hiring does.

A score to start from, against your rubric.

Weigh each role's criteria so they add up to 100. GrowthPPL suggests an overall match from 0 to 100 against them; your team reviews it, and nobody is rejected automatically.

The score is a suggestion to read; turning someone down is always a person's decision.

A candidate's page with the suggested overall match against the role's rubric, for the recruiter to review and decide.

Offers signed without leaving the workspace.

The candidate gets a single-use link, reads the offer on our page and signs by typing their name. We record the name, the time, the IP address, the browser and a SHA-256 fingerprint of exactly what was signed.

A typed-name signature on our own page, with no third-party signing provider. The link expires after 30 days or at the offer's accept-by date.

A signed offer's signature check: the record is intact, with the document's SHA-256 fingerprint.

Your careers page and job feeds.

A careers page on your own subdomain, proved with a DNS TXT record and pointed at us with a CNAME. Each live role also goes out in Indeed and LinkedIn XML feeds, plus one documented generic XML feed for other boards to map.

One verified subdomain per workspace; job and apply pages stay on the GrowthPPL address. Feeds carry your newest 500 live roles.

The public job board: roles from verified employers, each with its salary range.

Interviews without the email back-and-forth.

Offer a few times and the candidate picks one from a link. The invite goes on the organiser's Google or Microsoft calendar with a Meet or Teams link, and each panelist fills a scorecard with a recommendation.

The calendar invite needs the organiser's calendar connected; otherwise the candidate gets a calendar file.

Scheduled interviews for open roles, with the panel and the scorecards.

Agency partners, with ownership and fees tracked.

Agencies sign in to a partner view of your workspace, submit candidates and follow their placements. A first-introduction ownership window settles who brought whom, and you record each agency invoice against the hire, with guarantee and refund dates.

The partner view lives inside your workspace. GrowthPPL records the agency's invoice; it doesn't issue one.

An agency partner's submissions: each candidate sent, the role and where they are now.

Candidates get an account.

One account shows the status of every application a candidate made through GrowthPPL. Applying, the account, status pages and signing work in English or Arabic.

  • Bulk CV upload.

Drop up to 200 CVs on a role; up to 25 are scored straight away and the rest join a queue.

  • A funnel from your real pipeline.

Stage conversion, source mix and offer outcomes, computed from your own candidates, with CSV export.

  • Hiring managers in the loop.

A hiring manager sees their own roles, adds feedback and can flag a candidate as ready to hire to People Ops.
