For job seekers: your data
This explains what happens to your information when you apply for a job through GrowthPPL, or create a GrowthPPL account. It is a draft pending legal review, written to describe exactly what the product does today.
Two different holders
Each application you send belongs to the company you sent it to. That company decides on it, keeps it for as long as its own policy says, and is who you ask to change or delete it — every application has a page with a button for that.
Your GrowthPPL account — your email, your profile and the résumés you keep there — is held by GrowthPPL. You can download it or delete it from your account page at any time.
What an employer sees
Only what you sent that employer. A company never sees your applications to other companies, and never sees your GrowthPPL account unless you choose to be found in search.
Employers may use AI (Anthropic's Claude) to help summarise applications; a person on the hiring team makes every decision. You can ask the employer for a person-only review.
Messages
We email you about your applications on the employer's behalf. WhatsApp only if you agreed to it — reply STOP at any time. GrowthPPL never charges job seekers, and will never ask you for money to apply.
Contact
Questions or complaints about how GrowthPPL handles your account: privacy@growthppl.com. For an application, write to the company first — its contact is on that application's page.
